How rooms are counted
Your plan follows the rooms that can be booked in TableFlow Hotels, counted by the system itself. A room out of order for repairs still counts; a room closed for the season can be archived and stops counting.
Add or archive rooms any time. When you cross a line (room 16, 41 or 81), the new price starts at your next bill. Bookings never stop because of your plan.

Questions
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Why pay yearly?
It costs ten months instead of twelve.
Is there a setup fee or a booking fee?
No. Setup, data migration and training are included, and we never take a commission on your bookings.
Do you charge for text messages?
Texts to guests who agreed to them are included at normal use. We’ll tell you before anything changes.
What about more than 80 rooms, or several properties?
Write to us and we’ll set the price with you.
