TableFlow Hotels

Why TableFlow Hotels

Hotel software that works the way a small hotel works.

Independent hotels, inns and B&Bs run on small teams and long days. We built one calm system for rooms, restaurant and guests, and we publish every price.

  • $0for setup and data migration
  • 0%commission on direct bookings
  • 8 languagesfor staff and guests, English and French everywhere
  • WCAG 2.2 AAthe standard we build the booking page to

Why we decided this way

54%

of travellers with mobility disabilities were given a room that didn’t match what they booked.

MMGY Global, 2022

So the accessible room is measured, held and locked for the guest who booked it.

38%

of hotel employees say the hotel system influenced their decision to leave a job.

Cloudbeds and NYU, 2025

So every task fits on one screen, in plain language, and is learned in an afternoon.

What’s different, decision by decision

  1. Prices

Prices on the website, the same for everyone

Many hotel systems only give prices on a sales call, then add modules, setup fees and booking fees after you sign. Ours are published by number of rooms, with no setup fee and no commission.

  2. Accessibility

The accessible room is the one they get

Most systems treat accessibility as a label on a room type. We measure each room, let guests search by what they need, hold the room for them, lock it, and check it’s ready before they arrive. No silent swap to a room that doesn’t fit.

  3. Learning

Learned in an afternoon, not a month

One screen per job, plain language in English and French, a guided first week and PIN switching at a shared desk. When good staff leave, the next person is ready the same day.

  4. One system

Rooms and restaurant in one place

No more retyping dinner bills or guessing breakfast numbers. The TableFlow restaurant link puts charges on the room and gives the kitchen tomorrow’s counts with dietary needs.

  5. Direct

    Your guests book with you

A premium booking page, a website button, one link for social media and QR codes for the desk. All-in prices before payment, and no commission on any booking.

  6. Moving

    Switching without the fear

Moving data is the main reason hotels stay with software they don’t like. We import your rooms, rates, future bookings with deposits and guest profiles, and train your team, included in every plan.

  7. Money

    Your money stays yours

Guest payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Deposits, split bills, company invoices and a dispute pack built for every stay, so chargebacks don’t cost you the night.

  8. Support

    Support when it’s needed

Help in English and French from the people who build the system, and a help centre inside the app. No paid support tier.

The hotel’s data belongs to the hotel. We protect it with the same care for a twelve-room inn as for a large hotel.

  • Two-step sign-in for owners and managers
  • Roles that show each person only what their job needs
  • Card numbers never stored by us: Stripe holds them
  • Every change to a booking or a bill recorded with who and when
